As an Event Host at Sky Zone Waldorf, you will play a vital role in delivering memorable experiences for our guests, especially during birthday parties, group events, and special celebrations. You will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and that all guests enjoy a fun, safe, and engaging time at Sky Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Coordination:
   • Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout the event.
   • Lead party activities, games, and attractions, ensuring all participants are engaged and having fun.
   • Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment is ready and safe to use.
   • Serve food and beverages, if applicable, and ensure guests’ needs are met during the event.
   • Manage event schedules and coordinate with other staff members to ensure everything runs on time.
2. Safety and Supervision:
   • Ensure all safety rules and regulations are followed by guests, especially during jumping and play.
   • Supervise children and guests during activities, providing guidance and enforcing safety protocols.
   • Address any safety or behavioral concerns immediately and escalate issues when necessary.
3. Customer Interaction:
   • Create a welcoming atmosphere by being friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic.
   • Communicate with parents or event organizers to ensure all details are covered, and needs are addressed.
   • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by being attentive and responsive to requests or concerns.
4. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the event.

Qualifications:

As a Fuel Zone Attendant (Cook) at Sky Zone Waldorf, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages in the Fuel Zone, ensuring a great dining experience for guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality. You’ll help provide guests with the energy and satisfaction they need to keep enjoying the fun activities at Sky Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation and Cooking:
   • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including snacks, meals, and drinks, following Sky Zone’s food safety and quality guidelines.
   • Ensure all food is cooked and served to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
   • Follow specific recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency across all food items.
   • Monitor food quality and ensure timely preparation to minimize wait times for guests.
2. Customer Service:
   • Take and fulfill food orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
   • Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
   • Assist guests with any food-related inquiries, making recommendations based on their preferences or dietary restrictions.
   • Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere in the Fuel Zone.
3. Food Safety and Cleanliness:
   • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining area.
   • Regularly clean cooking equipment, prep areas, and dining surfaces to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
   • Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control.
   • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, including proper labeling and storing of food items.
4. Inventory and Stocking:
   • Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, notifying management when supplies are low or need restocking.
   • Ensure that ingredients and food items are stored properly to prevent spoilage or contamination.
   • Assist in receiving deliveries and organizing supplies for easy access.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations in the Fuel Zone, including kitchen staff and front-of-house staff.
   • Help set up, serve, and clean up during peak times or special events, ensuring that all food items are delivered in a timely manner.
   • Support other team members during busy periods by assisting with food prep, cooking, or order-taking as needed.
6. Cash Handling and POS Operations:
   • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately ring up food and beverage orders.
   • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly.
   • Ensure correct change is provided and receipts are given.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cooking or food preparation role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
