Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience? We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our park and ensure top-tier service, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Staff Management:
- Supervise and motivate staff across various roles including Call Center, Event Host, Fuel Zone Attendant, and Court Monitor.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to exceed company standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any team concerns.
- Manage and support supervisors in their daily tasks.

Membership & Sales Management:
- Oversee the membership sales process, including cancellations and refunds.
- Track and analyze sales performance, developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Implement initiatives to boost memberships and overall park sales.

Safety & Incident Reporting:
- Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and customer complaints.
- Review camera footage to resolve incidents.
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to and conduct daily safety inspections.

Cash Handling & Deposits:
- Oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate and timely daily reporting of financial summaries.

Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor and improve the efficiency of park operations, including optimizing schedules, staffing, and resources.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Utilize operations management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to streamline processes.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide outstanding customer experiences and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Compliance & Inventory Management:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health, safety, and security regulations.
- Manage inventory efficiently, minimizing waste, theft, and loss.
- Complete inventory reports and track stock levels.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in operations management (preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or retail).
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- High School Diploma (Degree or working towards one is preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in trampoline parks, entertainment, or recreational settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems, membership software, and surveillance systems.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
- Food Safety Certification is a bonus.
