Yes! Bring back your SkySocks to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. It’s probably a good idea to wash them first, though.

Operating hours will vary by location and by day of week. Weekends (including Friday) are generally open for longer hours. Park may close early at management’s discretion. Please call 707-492-5867 for verfication.

All jumper’s must be 2 years old or older in order to jump during open jump hours!

Children should not be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.

Yes! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between jumps or after soaring into the stunt bags!

No outside food or drinks permitted!

In order to keep all guest’s safe, backflips are not permitted at this location.

Yes! All guests (even babies and grandparents) are required to have a waiver on file and must check in at the front desk to obtain an observer wristband. Non-jumpers will not be charged for admittance.

• Sky Zone socks are required for all jumpers.
• No running.
• No food or drink on the platform
• No backflips
• No double bouncing.
• All jumpers must be standing while using attractions.
• No sitting or laying down on attractions.
• No diving into the stunt bags.
• 1 at a time in each basketball lane.
• No aggressive behavior.
• Don’t hold hands or hold other jumpers while on an attraction.
• Do not hang, sit or climb on the safety pads above the trampolines.
• Watch the safety video.
• Listen to the staff.
• Noncompliance of the rules will result in park removal and elimination of future visit to our park.
• Sky Zone Vacaville reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Individuals not adhering to the rules of conduct will not be admitted. 

• All guests are required to have a signed waiver on file. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol (legal or otherwise) will NOT be admitted. -Suspicion of drug or alcohol use in park will result in contacting the police department-
• No smoking on the premises! This includes vape and electronic cigarettes!
• Loitering on these premises or in the adjacent parking areas is strictly prohibited.
• Food and beverages not prepared by Sky Zone Vacaville are prohibited.
• Please comply with instructions from all Sky Zone staff at all times.
• All guests must watch the safety video prior to jumping.
• Please adhere to all posted signs and playcards.
• Always jump safely and do NOT attempt maneuvers beyond your ability.
• No running in the facility.
• Do not hand, sit or climb on the pads above the trampolines!
• Please do not use profanity!
• Only service dogs are allowed in park.
