You and your guests will have access to all the various attractions inside our trampoline park, including the warrior course, dodgeball courts and climbing walls.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

When do we get access to the private party room?

Each Birthday Package is a 2-Hour experience:

DAYTIME “FREESTYLE” EVENTS: Private Room access = 120 min (during jump time)
  • 2-Hour active playtime – all the kids, parents, and guests can enjoy all the park attraction areas. During the 120 minutes all presents, gifts, and food/drinks will be placed in your designated room. Your guests will be jumping and will have access to the private party room during the full 120-minutes jump time. At the 60-minute mark all kids, parents, and guests will be called over the PA loudspeakers into the private party room for food, drinks, cake, etc.

If the kids, parents, and guests finish in the private room before the 2nd hour is complete their wristbands are still active, and they can return to the park attraction area for active playtime. All wristbands for Birthday Packages include 120-minutes of active wristband time.

NIGHTTIME “GLOW” EVENTS: Private Room access = 90 min (during jump time)
  • 2-Hour active playtime – all the kids, parents, and guests can enjoy all the park attraction areas. During the first 30 minutes all presents, gifts, and food/drinks will be placed on your designated party cart(s) and held for you and your guests. Your guests will be jumping and can have access to the private party room at the 30-minute mark. At the 60-minute mark all kids, parents, and guests will be called over the PA loudspeakers into the private party room at the 60-minute mark for food, drinks, cake, etc.

If the kids, parents, and guests finish in the private room before the 2nd hour is complete their wristbands are still active, and they can return to the park attraction area for active playtime. All wristbands for Birthday Packages include 120-minutes of active wristband time.

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here: Waiver

Can I add extra jump time?

Yes, for sure but it is available based on capacity at that timeslot. The additional jump time for birthday parties is discounted for your benefit.

This must be arranged in advance through your event coordinator prior to your event at (209) 888-0900 or Event.Stockton@skyzone.com for an additional cost per jumper.

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes, for Level 2: Elite Membership it has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A minimum of 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online, or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount due.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 7 days priors to your booking date.

Offer valid for “Mega VIP” parties booked between 8/26/24-9/30/24. Void where prohibited by law. Sky Zone may modify or discontinue the offer or these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion, with or without notice.
The offer shall only be valid for the guest that is celebrating their birthday party (the “guest of honor”) related to the event. Offer, voucher and membership may not be transferred, licensed or assigned.
The 3-month membership shall begin immediately on the date of activation. The membership must be activated no later than 12/31/2024, or it shall automatically become invalid.
Membership offer only valid for new members. Membership offer only applicable for “Mega VIP” birthday party package. Membership offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Membership offer is contingent upon all amounts owed under the birthday party package being paid in full, and compliance with all rules and regulations of Sky Zone staff before, during and after the event.
Offer not redeemable for the cash value of the 3-month membership. Membership, once redeemed, may be revoked anytime during the 90-day membership period in the reasonable discretion of Sky Zone in the event that the member violates the terms and conditions.
SkySocks required to be purchased and worn by all event guests and any visits subject to the membership. SkySocks not included with the “elite-level” membership.

** If you have an event booked in a private room (i.e. Birthday Party Package) our park does allow outside food or drinks in our facility as long as it is not food or drink that we make in our kitchen (i.e., Pizza). All food & drink on the Sky Zone menu must be purchased through Sky Zone with no exceptions. If it is not on our menu you are welcome to bring any food or drinks with no outside food fee.

  • If your outside food requires additional cleanup there may be a outside food fee of $35.
  • Pizza and drinks for all the kids in your party room are included in all party levels.

Talk with one of our Event Specialists at least 3 days prior to your event to add on more pizza/soft drinks for Adults.
