COURT MONITOR

Job Description

The Court Monitor will work directly with Guests, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety standards. The Court Monitor’s main duty is to oversee and maintain a positive Guest Experience as it relates to the trampoline courts and activity areas, risk management, maintenance, and overall play experience as a Guest explores the park. The Court Monitor is in place to inspire a “wow” experience for each Guest.Live the Core Values by example.The Court Monitor will work directly with Guests, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing SkyZone safety standards.

Availability Requirement:
Requires open availability Saturdays and Sunday between the hours of 10am – 11pm. Friday availability as needed between the hours of 4pm – 11pm. Additional days and times are optional.
Qualifications
• Ability to speak in front of groups
• Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
• Ability to enforce rules
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
Responsibilities
• Pay attention to the court at all times and be interactive with the participants.
• Advocate Guest satisfaction/WoW!
• Advocate risk management (Guest Rules communication)
• Maintain positive relations and rapport with patrons, but be firm and command respect
• Have full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them
• Assist with court inspections
• Perform general maintenance/custodial duties as requested
• Attend regularly scheduled Team Members meetings and in-service meetings and training
sessions
• Other duties as assigned

SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Description

At Sky Zone Laveen you’re not just an employee, you’re a leader and part of our family, facilitating fun for our guests and enjoying yourself along the way. The Sales Associate will provide information, complete sales transactions, and answer phones while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You are the first person our guests will meet: therefore, your primary goal is to start them off with a WOW experience while completing their sales transaction and introducing them to our park. One of the most important roles that you have as a Sky Zone Sales Associate is pitching our offerings, increasing our dollar per transaction and most importantly closing sales. These sales consist of monthly memberships, ongoing promotions, seasonal offerings, flash sales, our many programs, etc. We are looking for sellers, not just a cashier to ring out a transaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet our guests ENTHUSIASTICALLY
  • Provide complete information to questions
  • Explain the Sky Zone court and patron policies
  • Handle and enforce waiver policies
  • Complete sales transactions: cash handling
  • Handle concessions inventory
  • Enter ALL data in computer system
  • Stock front desk supplies
  • Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Have a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
  • Interact and communicate clearly and effectively
