No. There’s no need to worry about bringing food to your child’s birthday party. Sky Zone can handle it all! Our fresh, hot pizzas are made on site, along with a variety of other extra menu items to satisfy all tastes.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted but guests can bring their own birthday cake. We provide all the plates, cups, utensils and napkins. Guests may bring goodie bags as gifts for party guests

Yes, the birthday child is included in the birthday jumper count for the party. This ensures that they get SkySocks and a wristband to participate on all of the Sky Zone attractions during the party.

Yes. We sell special SkySocks in the park as both a safety and cleanliness measure—plus, you get to keep them after your visit! Because who wants to jump in used socks, anyway?

All ages are welcome.

All your guests will need to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

Party Hosts will do everything to make your party room time a seamless experience, including set-up, clean-up, serving food and drinks, leading the birthday song and making the party room time fun and interactive!

All jumpers and observers entering the attractions area MUST have a signed waiver on file. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking HERE.

Yes!  We encourage parties to add on additional jump time to enjoy our activities even more!  Just give our Events Team a call.  Additional jump time can be added to the end of your party (after Party Room Time ends). Just let your Party Host know..

Yes! Many Memberships include a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Team for details to apply your Member Discount.

A 50% deposit is required to complete your booking. We understand that things change after booking so please know that your deposit is not refundable but can be applied to a future party date. Your deposit will be applied towards your total party on the day of the event.

Absolutely!  If you would like to add on additional jumpers or make changes to the type of party package you booked it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible.

Terms & conditions apply. Offer valid for “Mega VIP” parties booked between 8/26/24-9/30/24. Void where prohibited by law. Sky Zone may modify or discontinue the offer or these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion, with or without notice.

The offer shall only be valid for the guest that is celebrating their birthday party (the “guest of honor”) related to the event. Offer, voucher and membership may not be transferred, licensed or assigned.

The 3-month membership shall begin immediately on the date of activation. The membership must be activated no later than 12/31/2024, or it shall automatically become invalid.

Membership offer only valid for new members. Membership offer only applicable for “Mega VIP” birthday party package. Membership offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Membership offer is contingent upon all amounts owed under the birthday party package being paid in full, and compliance with all rules and regulations of Sky Zone staff before, during and after the event.

Offer not redeemable for the cash value of the 3-month membership. Membership, once redeemed, may be revoked anytime during the 90-day membership period in the reasonable discretion of Sky Zone in the event that the member violates the terms and conditions.
