Looking for a memorable way to celebrate your child’s birthday? Preferably something that doesn’t require a ton of planning on your part? Relax – we’ve got this.
We don’t just want you to have the best birthday party or event you’ve ever had, we also want it to be the easiest. We offer standard packages, but every party is completely customizable. It is your party, after all.
When you choose us as your party venue, we take care of all the setup and clean up, so you can focus on having a great time with your guests. Celebrate in your own private party room with food and refreshments.
You and your guests will have access to all the various attractions inside our trampoline park, including the warrior course, dodgeball courts and climbing walls. There’s something for everyone.
The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we’re here to answer all your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.
Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.
Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers
Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs a wristband to have access to the park attractions.
All ages are welcome.
All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items before the jump time begins.
Party Pros ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after your event is over.
All jumpers need a completed waiver that is filled out by their parent/legal guardian. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.
Yes! You can add on an additional 30 minutes for $6.99 a jumper or 60 minutes for $10.99 a jumper. This should be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event.
Yes! The Elite Membership includes a $25 discount for the Basic Package or higher and the Elite+ Membership includes 5 FREE additional friends for the Basic Package or higher.
Yes, a 50% deposit, of the overall price, is due at the time of booking. Party spots cannot be held without the deposit. The rest of the payment is due the date of your event at check-in.
You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 8 days priors to your scheduled event. Anything 7 days or less, we can reschedule or put your deposit on a Sky Zone Gift Card that never expires.
We guarantee access to your party room 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled room time. We cannot guarantee access any earlier due to other parties being in there before you.
With a scheduled birthday party you are able to bring any birthday dessert such as cake, cupcakes, ice cream, etc. You can also bring fruit & veggie trays at no cost. Anything other than those items would be a $50 outside food fee and must be added on prior to your party.
Sky Zone socks are not included with our party packages, but they do come at a discounted rate of $3.99 a pair. If guests have Sky Zone socks from previous visits, they can bring them back and reuse them.
Sky Zone provides plates, cups, napkins, and utensils that are all Sky Zone themed. You are more than welcome to bring in your own decorations as long as it is nothing that is messy or anything that tapes/hangs on the wall. We do not allow anything messy such as glitter, confetti, silly string, or pinatas.
