Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel your Membership after completing the minimum commitment based on your agreement. After you meet your minimum commitment, you can submit a cancellation request 30 days prior to your next billing date. Refer to your agreement or ask a team member for details.
Is my Membership transferrable?
Memberships are only valid for the original Guest and cannot be shared. We’d be happy to sign up your friends or family for their own Membership so you can use the benefits together!
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Your Membership is only valid at the park where you originally signed up.
Are there blackout dates for Memberships?
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See your local park hours for Open Jump times.
Can I upgrade my Membership at any time?
Yes! Give your local park a call and we will be happy to upgrade you.
Can I downgrade my Membership?
After you complete the minimum commitment, you can downgrade your Membership. Feel free to contact us at the park!
Can I freeze my Membership?
We know life happens! You can cancel your Membership after completing the initial commitment. Take advantage of our Membership benefits when you’re ready.
What is a parent add-on Membership?
A parent add-on allows a legal guardian to jump with their child.
When is my billing date?
Your card will be charged each month on the original date you signed up.
Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our guests and want you to experience everything Sky Zone has to offer as much as you want! Memberships allow access to Sky Zone Whenever You Want at a great value to you!
How can I pay for my Membership?
A credit or debit card must be used and will be automatically charged each month. No cash payments can be made towards a Membership.
What does my Membership include?
Benefits may vary by park, contact your local park for details. If you are already a member, please reference your signed Membership agreement.
