•  Be respectful toward other campers and Sky Zone staff.
•  Follow Directions.
• Absolutely NO FIGHTING.
•  No teasing or bullying other campers or other park guests.
• No foul language.
• No electronic use except during drop off, snack, lunch and pick up.
• No sexually suggestive language or behavior.
• No smoking, vaping or drug use.
•  No weapons of any kind.
•  No stealing or damaging property.

Should a disciplinary problem arise, parents/guardians will be contacted if the problem affects the safety or well-being of another camper or staff member, or if the problem cannot be resolved after fair warning.

We have a three-strike system for misbehavior after a verbal warning has been given:

• First strike: timeout (# min = # yrs old)
• Second Strike: Double timeout in office. (# min = 2 X # yrs old)
• Third Strike: A call home will be made to Parent/Guardian. You may be asked to pick up your camper.

Continuous disciplinary issues may lead to suspension or permanent removal from camp. Suspension or expulsion is possible regardless of strikes or without warning if:

•  A child deliberately harms another child or staff member.
• A child deliberately or willfully destroys the property of others (damage to property will be paid by parents).

Drop off is 8:30am-9pm and Pickup is at 4:30. Campers must be signed in and out each day. Please do not remove campers from our facility without signing them out. The camper info form allows you to designate who may sign your child out of camp. Only designated people will be allowed to sign out your child. Be prepared to show identification.

For the safety of our campers, doors remain locked during closed park hours. Our doors lock at 9am and late arrivals will need to call the phone number posted on the door. Please do not call the park phone as our counselors are out on the courts with the campers and cannot hear the phone ring.

We open our doors to the general public at 11am. If you need to pick your child up early, please let a team member know at main check in so they can alert a counselor to assist.

A late fee will be charged when children are picked up after 5pm. You will be charged $5 per child for every 15 min block after that.

We schedule a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack for our campers. (Snacks are included each day)

Campers that bring in lunch and snacks are asked to keep it completely NUT FREE. We have many campers with nut allergies and ask for your help to keep them safe. We also offer an optional lunch package add-on for our campers each day. The cost is $6 per day and your child will choose from cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, hot dog, mozzarella sticks or nachos, a large fountain drink and either chips or candy.

On Friday we run a morning GLOW session for our campers followed by a pizza party, lunch included.

We want our campers to stay hydrated throughout their day so please send in a refillable water bottle for them.

Each camper will receive a GLOW camper shirt. Your child will be required to wear his or her shirt each day they attend camp. T-shirts will be distributed at the first session each week. Additional t-shirts are available to purchase for $9

Sky Socks are required to be worn every day and $5.99 per pair. Campers should wear loose comfortable clothing. Hoodies, jackets and other shirts may not be worn over the camp shirt during the day.

If you choose to give your child money to make purchases from the Fuel Zone, we ask that the money be loaded onto a Sky Zone gift card that we will assign their name to. We are not responsible for personal property and the gift card makes it easier for the counselors to manage.

Electronics and other personal items should be kept in your camper’s backpack when not in use.

Cancellation with refund will only be available at least 3 days prior to the start of your camp week. Rescheduling is possible on an availability basis.
