Send Out Your Invitations

Create a custom digital invitation and download to send to your invitees! Be sure to include the check-in time for your Guests. Digital Invitations can be printed at home or saved as a PDF document to be shared with friends and family as an email attachment.​ Your party package also includes printed card invites with envelopes which are available for pick up in-park.

Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in. Remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian.

Online Booking Review Call
A representative from our Party Pro Team will give you a call within 24hrs of your booking to review details and times. We recommend waiting to create invitations until after the call to ensure correct times and details for your invites.

Final Confirmation Call
A representative from our Party Pro Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, more food, and party favors for your guests!

Arrival Check-In Time
Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to jump time to check-in. When you arrive at Sky Zone, head to the Event Check-In desk to meet your party team! Guests will receive SkySocks and activity passes, then hang out at the bleacher area while they wait for play time to start. GLOW party guests will also receive their GLOW t-shirts at this time.

Time to Jump!
When it’s time to play, your Party Pro will review safety reminders before leading party Guests to the courts and attractions to play. Your Party Pro will check-in with you periodically to ensure that you and your guests are enjoying your time. Please note you will not have access to your party room during your jump time. 

Party Room Time!
When playtime is over, your Party Host will lead the party to the room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake!

Policies

Cancellation

We get it, life happens! Don’t Stress. Party deposits are refundable if cancelled at least 7 days prior to your party date. Plus we offer flexible reschedule policies once you are in the 7 day window. Rescheduling is available up to 24hrs before the event date. We just want to see you in the park for your next big event!

Changes to Party Packages

We know life happens and kids get sick so we will still modify your package before your check-out! Whether it’s an upgrade or downgrade to the number of guests who arrived, we’ve got you covered. The final balance of your party will be collected on the day of your event at the park.

Early Arrivals

Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (15 minutes prior to jump time), early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to the scheduling of prior parties.

Late Arrivals

Should you or your guests arrive late, we will not be able to grant additional jump time or party room time.

Parents & Spectators

We encourage all ages to join the fun! If you would just like to watch, you will have free admission to the platforms and viewing areas. Valid waivers are required for anyone entering our facility. All participants and observers, regardless of age, MUST check-in to receive a required wristband. There is still no admission for observers but valid waivers are required to enter and obtain a wristband.

Outside Food/Drinks

Our park does not allow any outside food or drinks in our facility, aside from a cake or other dessert item (cupcakes, ice cream, etc.) that you are responsible for bringing. There is a fridge/freezer for you to store your dessert while you are playing.

Additional Pizza and Food Add-Ons

Due to delivery time limitations, additional pizzas and other food items need to be added on 24 hours prior to your event date to guarantee they will be available at your room time.

Casts

Jumpers with casts, splints, or sharp/hard objects will not be allowed to enter the playing field for the safety of all jumpers.

Age/Size Separation
Jumpers of different age/size groups will be asked to jump in different areas or sections of the Main Court. On dodgeball, jumpers are in two different size groups (A&B) or (C&D). We cannot guarantee that all Guests in your party will be able to play dodgeball at the same time or in the same court.
Our team members reserve the right to move guests around to different courts or different sections of courts for safety. 
To ensure the safety of all our guests, we separate by age and size as follows:
Group A*: Ages 0-4 (if they can walk, they can jump!)
Group B: Ages 5-10
Group C: Ages 11-15
Group D: Ages 16+
*Toddlers have a private area to themselves next to Main Court. Parents may assist their toddlers from the platform. No adults may jump in the Toddler Area.

Party Decorations

You are welcome to bring in decorations for your party room. Your Party Pro will take care of all party room set up. Decorations should be given to our team at check-in as well as any specific directions. We ask that decoration setup be limited to 10 minutes. All items should be pre-assembled including banners and table toppers. Please keep wall hanging items to a minimum, ceiling hanging decorations are not allowed. Prohibited items: Piñatas, all horns, confetti, glitter and sparklers.
