A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount and the balance is due on the day of the party.  The final balance will be collected the day of your event at your party check-in.

Yes. The birthday child is included in your total jumper count. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive.

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be added to your jumper total.

Valid waivers are required for anyone entering our facility. All participants and observers, regardless of age, MUST check-in to receive a required wristband. There is still no admission for observers but valid waivers are required to enter and obtain a wristband. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Yes. We ask for a strong estimate at our final confirmation call. This updated information helps us to prepare for your party and ensure the food order is updated to accommodate.

Our park does not allow any outside food or drinks in our facility besides the dessert that you are responsible for bringing. However, we have you covered with pizza and drinks in your party room! Talk with one of our Party Specialists at least 24 hours prior to your event to add on more food and drinks!

Due to delivery times and distance, to guarantee additional pizzas or food you must call at least 24 hours in advance to add on. Feel free to request additional food at your check-in, but unfortunately the options will be limited due to the time constraint.

You and your guests will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items. Your party representative will include your arrival time in the booking review call.

We will provide all supplies needed for the party, besides the dessert! Supplies include SKY ZONE Themed plates, napkins, cups, cake knives, lighters.

Yes, as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes. Your party pro will take care of the set up of your room. If you would like anything to be hung on the walls, we will take care of that for you as well. We do not allow confetti, glitter, horns, piñatas or decorations hung from the ceiling. If you would like to bring a tablecloth, our tables in rooms 2,3 &4 are 8′ X 2.5′. Tables in room 1 are 10′ X 3’4″.

Stop by our park any time we are open to pick up hard copy invitations with envelopes or you can create your own digital invitation (see link in party details tab).

Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags, but keep in mind that we can handle the party favors for you! Our Goodie Bags all include a 90-minute activity pass for your guests to come see us again!

Yes! We encourage parties to add on additional activity time to enjoy our activities even more! An extra 30 minutes of activity time will be $5/person and an extra 60 minutes is $10/person. Additional jump time would be added to the end of your party room time. If added time extends into the beginning of our Glow Program, glowing shirts are required for all participants.

Your party is over after your room time. You may add additional jump time to your party package in advance or your guests can purchase additional jump time after the room time on a first come, first serve basis at the main check in area.

No, your room time will be scheduled for the hour after your activity time only.

The party room time is 60 minutes and your Party Pro will maintain a timely pace to allow time for gift opening. The last 15 minutes of your party room time will be for gift opening. Depending on the size of the party and number of gifts, there may not be enough time to open all gifts.

Glad you asked! Your party pro will take care of the room set up, including your decorations. (see notes on decoration requirements) They will also take care of serving pizza, drinks and cake for the kiddos in your party. A separate table will be set up buffet style for your adult guests to enjoy. Your party pro will also help keep the party moving along and then take care of all the clean up. The party pro is there to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that you can just sit back, relax and mingle with your guests.
