Party Planning Reminders
Send Out Your Invitations
Create a custom digital invitation and download to send to your invitees! Be sure to include the check-in time for your Guests. Digital Invitations can be printed at home or saved as a PDF document to be shared with friends and family as an email attachment.​
Complete Your Liability Waiver(s)
Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in. Remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian.

Your Party Schedule
Confirmation Call
A representative from our Event Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, more food, and party favors for your guests!
Early Arrival
Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to jump time to check-in. When you arrive at Sky Zone, head to the Event Check-In desk to meet your party team!
Time to Jump!
You and your party guests get an all access pass to our state-of-the-art facility! All the attractions are included in the jump time, so no one misses out on the fun! The Guest of Honor will receive a VIP birthday shirt we provide!
Party Room Time!
When jump time is over, your Party Host will lead the party to the room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks, and cake!
Policies
Cancellation
Party deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be returned as store credit ($200 Giftcard) and are ineligible towards future parties or events, but may be used for jump time, fuel zone, merchandise, and programs! Events may also be rescheduled free of charge with a minimum 7 day’s notice. Late reschedules will incur a $100 fee.
Changes to Party Packages
If you want to make changes to the type of party package you booked it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee upgrade availability. We encourage you to book for the larger package initially, and then let us know at least 2 days in advance of the party if you’d prefer to switch to the smaller package.
Final Balance
The final balance of your party will be collected on the day of your event at the park. We accept final payments in the form of cash or card. Late or unpaid balances will incur a fee to the initial card on file.
Additional Jumpers
We cannot guarantee we will have the capacity to add on extra jumpers on the day of your party. If you need to reserve for any additional jumpers we must be notified at least 48 hours in advance of your event.
Additional Food
Due to kitchen volume, additional pizzas need to be added on 2 days prior to your event date to guarantee they will be available at your room time.
Outside Food/Drinks
The only items permitted are the following: Fruit and veggie trays, green salads, desserts, and water. All other food and drinks are prohibited. Adult beverages are prohibited. There is no fee offered for outside food as it is a health code violation.
Parents & Spectators
We encourage all ages to join the fun! If you would just like to watch, you will have free admission to the platforms and viewing areas. Parents who choose to watch their younger children on the courts and attractions are only permitted to stand on the pads while wearing our mandatory SkySocks and MUST have an observer wristband after verifying their completed waiver on file. You will be given a PADS ONLY/PARENT NO JUMP pass from a team member during your check-in.
Late Arrivals
Should you or your guests arrive late, we will not be able to grant additional jump time or party room time. Please remind all guest to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the event. Ensuring that guests have completed their waiver prior to arrival will also help expedite the check-in process. The link to the safety waiver can be found in your email confirmation after completing the booking, or directly from our website.
Early Arrivals
Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (15 minutes prior to jump time), early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to the scheduling of prior parties.
Casts
Jumpers with casts, splints, or sharp/hard objects will not be allowed to enter the playing field for the safety of all jumpers.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your party by calling our Event Team. We offer flexible reschedule policies a long as we are contacted 7 days in advance. We just want to see you in the park for your next big event!​

Are supplies for the party room provided?
We will provide all supplies needed for the party, besides the dessert! Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, utensils, cake knifes, and lighters. We do not supply candles or decorations, however our party rooms display vibrant colors!
Can we add additional jump time for the party?
Yes! We encourage parties to add on additional jump time to enjoy our activities even more! Just give our Events Team a call. Additional jump time would be added to the back end of your party. The party room time would still be reserved for after the initial jump time is complete. The additional jump time will stake place after the room time.
Can I bring my own goodie bags?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags. We’ll even set them up for you in your party room!​ We do prohibit whistles, noise-makers, glitter, and confetti.
Is every guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
All jumpers are required to have a liability waiver filled out. Spectators that are not participating will not be required to have a completed liability waiver. Please note: If your party is during our GLOW session, ALL guests are required to have a liability waiver completed (jumpers and spectators).
Can I order extra pizza or other food once I arrive?
To guarantee additional pizzas or food you must call at least 2 days in advance to add on. Feel free to request additional food at your check-in, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it will be available.
Are party guests allowed to jump again after we finish our time in the party room?
Your party is over after your room time. You may request to add additional jump time with your event host at any time. Guests can also purchase additional jump time after the room time on a first come, first serve basis with the cashiers.
Can our party guests play dodgeball?
Dodgeball is included access with every jumper’s wristband! We are unable to host private dodgeball games to ensure all guests get the chance to play with their paid admission.
Do we have access to our private party room during our jump time?
No, your room time will be scheduled for the hour after your jump time only. All party room times are subsequent to your scheduled jump time. We are unable to extend room time due to high demand for party packages. Please ask our event team
Are SkySocks included in the price of the party package?
Yes, SkySocks are the required footwear for all jumpers and are included with the price of your party package.
Will we be able to open presents in the party room?
Our priority is making sure the pizza, soda, and dessert is served during your party room time. Most parties prefer to take their gifts home to open, but if opening the gifts during your room time is a priority, please communicate this with the Event Team at the park.
I have Guests of varying age/size ranges. Will they all be able to jump together?
For the safety of all jumpers, age/size separation will be strictly enforced on our Freestyle Court and Dodgeball Courts. Restrictions and policies verify by attraction.
Is it customary to leave a tip for our party host?
Gratuity is optional, but greatly appreciated!
Can I bring my own decor?
Yes, as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes. If you want anything to hang on the walls, we require that you bring wall putty (no tape or tacks allowed). We do not allow confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
