FREE 3-MONTH MEMBERSHIP WITH SUPREME AIR PARTY PACKAGE BOOKING DETAILS:

Party must be booked during promotional period between August 26th, 2024 and September 30th, 2024
3-Month membership will become active for the guest of honor the same day of their party after it has concluded and been paid for.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

If your child is age 6 and under and ALL jumpers in the party are also age 6 and under, we recommend booking a Little Leapers Program party for the best experience.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

There is a 30 minute window before your jump time starts when your guests should arrive to check-in, get situated and ready to jump. We recommend arrival 15-20 minutes before your jump time starts. This allows time for your entire group to get through the check-in process and have plenty of left over time to get ready to jump. Please do no show up more than 30 minutes before your allotted jump start time as another party will be still checking in at that time.

What does the party host do?

Your party pro is your personal assistant to help you while you are in the party room for your designated time. You guide them to help as needed. They can help set up the room in the 15-20 minutes before your party enters it and set up the room with the paper plates, cups napkins and utensils. They help serve pizza, drinks, cake, etc… And of course clean up when it’s done.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

Absolutely. You can add additional jump time a-la-carte for after your party is done it the party room It’s an $3 per jumper for an additional 30 minutes and an $5 per jumper for an additional 60 minutes.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for 10 jumper packages and a $200 deposit is required for our 20 jumper packages.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 7 days priors to your booking date. If you must cancel 6 days or less from the date or your party you can reschedule your party to a different date (pending availability) or have your deposit put onto a Sky Zone Queensbury gift card.
