All ages are welcome.

All your guests will need to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

For. Sure. If you would like to add jump time it is $6.50 per jumper for 30 minutes.  However, we don’t recommend jumping after we eat that can be a little messy.

A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 10 days before your booking date.

You will be required to make a deposit at the time of booking your party.

($75 and or 30% of the total depending on which is greater)

The remaining balance will be collected once your party has checked in.

of honor”) related to the event. Offer, voucher, and membership may not be transferred, licensed or assigned.

The 3-month membership shall begin immediately on the date of activation. The membership must be activated no later than 12 /31 /20 24, or it shall automatically become invalid.
Membership offers are only valid for new members. Membership offer is only applicable for the “Mega VIP” birthday party package. Membership offer cannot be combined with any other
offers or discounts.

Membership offer is contingent upon all amounts owed under the birthday party package being paid in full, and compliance with all rules and regulations o f Sky Zone staff before,
during, and after the event. Offer not redeemable for the cash value of the 3 -3-month membership. Membership, once redeemed, may be revoked anytime during the 90-day membership period at the reasonable discretion of Sky Zone in the event that the member violates the terms and conditions. SkySocks are required to be purchased and worn by all event guests, and any visits are subject to the membership. SkySocks are not included with the “elite-level” membership.
