Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes! We always suggest booking with the maximum number of guests expected, as many as you are inviting ultimately. No matter when you book your party, you will receive a confirmation call the week of your party to confirm the final details. This is where you can update the expected count or make changes, and please note that you will only be charged for the extra guests that actually show up the day of the party.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

No, the birthday child will jump free for their birthday! Each package includes 10 guests/friends + the birthday child, making it 11 included!

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome. Our policy is if you can walk, you can jump.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

At your scheduled event time. The first 30 mins of your booking time will included a check in for your guests, before jumping. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

For. Sure. If you wish to upgrade your package or add on additional jump time, please contact Sky Zone Norwalk. This must be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event.

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! If you have an Elite Membership with us, you will receive 20% OFF the entire event. You can even sign up for the membership at your party check-out!

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a 100% refund in the form of a gift card if you wish to cancel your event. You may also reschedule your event to any other day depending on availability.
