Terms & Conditions apply. 3 month minimum commitment required. Recurring Monthly Payment. No enrollment fee. Limited to one jump per day. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Special events and promotions excluded from programs. Programs does not include Skycamp or Lock-ins. Ask Team Member for full details.
All memberships must be signed up with a valid waiver and in the park.

Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you and your family!
What is a parent add-on Membership?
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your Membership after completing your minimum commitment based on your agreement (3 months). All memberships MUST be cancelled via email. Please email us at events.norwalk@skyzone.com with the First and Last names as well as DOB of ALL the memberships you are looking to cancel.
Refer to your agreement or ask a Team Member for full details. Cancellation requests CANNOT be processed by phone.
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
