The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we’re here to answer all of your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call the park for extra support.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and has access to the playing area. If someone wants to observe from outside the court (not participating in the fun) or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper but do need a waiver and to check-in at the desk. 

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes. Additional jumpers are added the day of your celebration. Your party balance can go up to $75 and be paid at the end but if your balance exceeds $75 then you will be asked for additional payments.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. Each package includes a total number of participants.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

You & your guests should arrive at your scheduled start time. As a reminder all guests will need a waiver and to check-in.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is non-refundable & applied to the total amount.

Fall Birthday Promotion Terms and Conditions

Terms & conditions apply. Offer valid for “Mega VIP” parties booked between 8/26/24-9/30/24. Void where prohibited by law. Sky Zone may modify or discontinue the offer or these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion, with or without notice.
The offer shall only be valid for the guest that is celebrating their birthday party (the “guest of honor”) related to the event. Offer, voucher and membership may not be transferred, licensed or assigned.
The 3-month membership shall begin immediately on the date of activation. The membership must be activated no later than 12/31/2024, or it shall automatically become invalid.
Membership offer only valid for new members. Membership offer only applicable for “Mega VIP” birthday party package. Membership offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Membership offer is contingent upon all amounts owed under the birthday party package being paid in full, and compliance with all rules and regulations of Sky Zone staff before, during and after the event.
Offer not redeemable for the cash value of the 3-month membership. Membership, once redeemed, may be revoked anytime during the 90-day membership period in the reasonable discretion of Sky Zone in the event that the member violates the terms and conditions.
SkySocks required to be purchased and worn by all event guests and any visits subject to the membership. SkySocks not included with the membership.
