Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Yes. You can add jumpers up to the day of the event as long as the number of jumpers does not exceed the maximum room capacity.

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

All ages are welcome.

Yes! Sky Zone offers a Little Leapers Birthday Package, designed exclusively for jumpers ages 5 and under. This package ensures a safe and fun experience tailored to younger jumpers. Please note that only children 5 and under are permitted to participate in Little Leapers birthday parties.

All your guests will need to arrive 20 minutes before your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers, and storing any personal items.

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

For sure. You can add 30 minutes of jump time for $10 per jumper or 60 minutes of jump time for $15 per jumper to any of our party packages. This must be arranged through your event coordinator before your event.

Yes! Elite Memberships receive a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount and is non-refundable.

You will receive a full refund in the form of a Sky Zone Gift Card as long as you cancel at least 7 days priors to your booking date.
