Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you and your family!
What is a parent add-on Membership?
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.
Are socks free for members?
Socks are free for Elite members, but only during the initial sign-up. For all other members, socks can be purchased at the park.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
No! Your Sky Zone Membership can be used throughout the year without any blackout dates. Be sure to check our park hours for Open Jump times. For added convenience, use your SIGN IN to your Member Portal to make reservations and manage your visits.
What is Members Night?
Members Night is a special event we host at the end of each month to show our appreciation for our members. It’s a night filled with exclusive activities and fun just for you!
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your Membership anytime after the initial three days of signup. To manage or cancel your membership, please SIGN IN to the Member Portal on our website. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
Can I get a refund on my membership?
Unfortunately, memberships are nonrefundable. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
