COURT MONITOR
ApplyThe Court Monitor will work directly with Guests, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety standards. As a Court Monitor you primary role is to oversee and maintain a positive Guest Experience within the trampoline courts and activity areas. That involves risk management, maintenance, and overall making sure that their play experience is out of this world while exploring the park.
Responsibilities

Always pay attention to the court and be interactive with the guests

Advocate for Guest satisfaction and deliver WOW!

Maintain positive relations and bond with guests in a respectful manner

Have full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in their implementation

Have full knowledge of all court and activity area rules

Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties as requested

Attend regularly scheduled meetings and training sessions

Other duties as assigned
