What are the terms and conditions of the Free 3 month membership?

Terms & conditions apply. Offer valid for “MEGA VIP package” parties booked between 8/26/24-9/30/24. Void where prohibited by law. Sky Zone may modify or discontinue the offer or these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion, with or without notice.  The offer shall only be valid for the guest that is celebrating their birthday party (the “guest of honor”) related to the event. Offer, voucher and membership may not be transferred, licensed or assigned.

The 3-month membership shall begin on Monday after the birthday party is completed.  Membership includes a daily 90-minute jump time for the Guest of Honor, and does not include any additional discounts at Fuel Zone or Merchandise.  The membership must be activated no later than 12/31/2024, or it shall automatically become invalid.

Membership offer only valid for new members. Membership offer only applicable for “MEGA VIP package” birthday party package. Membership offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.  Membership offer is contingent upon all amounts owed under the birthday party package being paid in full, and compliance with all rules and regulations of Sky Zone staff before, during and after the event.  Offer not redeemable for the cash value of the 3-month membership.  Membership, once redeemed, may be revoked anytime during the 90-day membership period in the reasonable discretion of Sky Zone in the event that the member violates the terms and conditions.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Any Guests that will be joining the Guest of Honor and participating on the attractions in the park during play time! If you have Guests that will just be observing, they don’t need to be included in the jumper count. ​

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Absolutely!  If you would like to add on additional jumpers or make changes to the type of party package you booked it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee upgrade availability. We encourage you to book for the larger package initially, and then let us know at least 2 days in advance of the party if you’d prefer to switch to the smaller package.​

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes, the birthday child is included in the birthday jumper count for the party. This ensures that they get SkySocks and a wristband to participate on all of the Sky Zone attractions during the party. ​

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What does the party host do?

Party Hosts will do everything to make your party room time a seamless experience, including set-up, clean-up, serving food and drinks, leading the birthday song and making the party room time fun and interactive!​

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

Yes!  We encourage parties to add on additional jump time to enjoy our activities even more!  Just give our Events Team a call.  Additional jump time would be added to the front end of your party, which would make your party check-in time earlier.   Party room time would still be reserved for after jump time is complete.  ​

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! Each level of Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

We get it, life happens! Don’t Stress. Party deposits are refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. Plus we offer flexible cancellation and reschedule policies. We just want to see you in the park for your next big event!

Who is eligible for Guest of Honor Promotion?

Guest of Honor is the Birthday child for the party.  Only one free membership is include in the 20 person promo package booked during the promotional period.
