Fall Birthday Promotion Terms & Conditions

Terms & conditions apply. Offer valid for “Mega VIP” parties booked between 8/26/24-9/30/24. The party must be hosted BEFORE 12/31/24. 

Void where prohibited by law. Sky Zone may modify or discontinue the offer or these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion, with or without notice.

The offer shall only be valid for the guest that is celebrating their birthday party (the “guest of honor”) related to the event. Offer, voucher and membership may not be transferred, licensed or assigned.

The 3-month membership will begin the day of the party after the entire package has been finalized.

Membership offer only valid for new members. Membership offer only applicable for “Mega VIP” birthday party package. Membership offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Membership offer is contingent upon all amounts owed under the birthday party package being paid in full, and compliance with all rules and regulations of Sky Zone staff before, during and after the event.

Offer not redeemable for the cash value of the 3-month membership. Membership, once redeemed, may be revoked anytime during the 90-day membership period in the reasonable discretion of Sky Zone in the event that the member violates the terms and conditions.

Sky Zone Socks required to be purchased and worn by all event guests and any visits subject to the membership. Sky Zone Socks not included with the “elite level” membership.

The Elite membership provides the jumper with 120 minutes of jump time, FREE Glow (Glow shirt NOT included), Members only events, and more!

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes! We recommend adding on jumpers during your confirmation call. Price per jumper after 10 is based on your chosen party package.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of Sky Socks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

For. Sure. You can add 30 minutes of jump time for $5 per jumper. Jump time add on MUST be done in advance.

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! Elite Membership has a 20% discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund to your original payment method as long as you cancel at least 14 days priors to your booking date.  Inside of 14 days, your refund will be in the form of a gift card.
