We don’t just want you to have the best birthday party or event you’ve ever had, we also want it to be the easiest. We offer standard packages, but every party is completely customizable. It is your party, after all.
When you choose us as your party venue, we take care of all the setup and clean-up, so you can focus on having a great time with your guests. Celebrate your special day in your own private party room.
You and your guests will have access to all the various attractions inside our trampoline park, including the warrior course, dodgeball courts and climbing walls. There’s something for everyone.
The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we’re here to answer all your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.
Any Guests that will be joining the Guest of Honor and participating on the attractions in the park during play time! If you have Guests that will just be observing, they don’t need to be included in the jumper count. ​
Absolutely! If you would like to add on additional jumpers or make changes to the type of party package you booked it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee upgrade availability. We encourage you to book for the larger package initially, and then let us know at least 2 days in advance of the party if you’d prefer to switch to the smaller package.​
The birthday child jumps for FREE. Please do not include them in your jumper count. They will still need a waiver to participate in all attractions and receive Sky Socks.​
One of our Five rooms is at ground level, and Four are located on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is only accessible by stairs. When booking, if you require the ground floor please notify the Team Member while creating the reservation. Rooms are booked on a first-come basis for reservations and 1st floor rooms are not guaranteed based on the timing of your booking date. We will do our best to assist with accommodations.
All ages are welcome.
We recommend party parents arrive at the park 15-20 minutes before the party starts time. During this time, you will meet your party host(s), go over the timeline of your party, and provide your host with any party decorations or supplies that need to be held onto until the room is available.
We encourage all guests to arrive 10-15 minutes before the party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers, and storing any personal items.
All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.
Online sales for birthday parties will close eleven days before the event date. If you are looking to book a date that is not available, please call the park so a team member can try to make any accommodations if possible. We strive to assist all guests and plan an unforgettable experience!
Party Hosts will do everything to make your party room time a seamless experience, including set-up, clean-up, serving food and drinks, leading the birthday song and making the party room time fun and interactive!​
Yes! Elite membership holders have a 20% off party discount. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.
A deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is a minimum of $150 and will be applied to the booking.
We get it, life happens! Don’t Stress. Party deposits are refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. Plus we offer flexible cancellation and reschedule policies. We just want to see you in the park for your next big event!
Yes, at Sky Zone we strive for a sanitary and safe environment. Therefore, drugs and alcohol, glitter, confetti, slime, and pinatas are not permitted in the park.
