The Sales Associate will provide information, complete sales transactions, and answer phones while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You are the first person our guests will meet: therefore, your primary goal is to start them off with a WOW experience while completing their sales transaction and introducing them to our park. One of the most important roles that you have as a Sky Zone Sales Associate is pitching our offerings, increasing our dollar per transaction and most importantly closing sales. These sales consist of monthly memberships, ongoing promotions, seasonal offerings, flash sales, our many programs, etc. We are looking for sellers, not just a cashier to ring out a transaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet our guests ENTHUSIASTICALLY
- Provide complete information to questions
- Explain the Sky Zone court and patron policies
- Handle and enforce waiver policies
- Complete sales transactions: cash handling
- Handle concessions inventory
- Enter ALL data in computer system
- Stock front desk supplies
- Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Have a positive and upbeat attitude
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Interact snd communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle money
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
