“Mega VIP” birthday party package. Membership offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Membership offer is contingent upon al amounts owed under the birthday party package being paid in full, and compliance with all rules and regulations of Sky Zone start berore, during and after the event.

Offer not redeemable for the cash value of the 3-month membership. Membership, once redeemed, may be revoked anytime during the 90-day membership period in the reasonable discretion of Sky Zone in the event that the member violates the terms and conditions.

SkySocks required to be purchased and wor by all event guests and any visits subject to the membership. SkySocks not included with the “elite-level” membership.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What does the party host do?

They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

For. Sure. If your party is during the week you can add 30 minutes of jump time for $4 per jumper or 60 minutes of jump time for $8 per jumper to any of our party packages. This must be arranged through your event coordinator PRIOR to your event.

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! Elite Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties of 20%. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 14 days priors to your booking date. Any other cancelation would result in deposit being returned to a gift card.
