We don’t just want you to have the best birthday party or event you’ve ever had, we also want it to be the easiest. We offer standard packages, but every party is completely customizable. It is your party, after all.

Mega VIP Birthday Package

When you choose us as your party venue, we take care of all the setup and clean up, so you can focus on having a great time with your guests. Celebrate in your own private party room with food and refreshments.

Take Celebrating to a Whole New Level

You and your guests will have access to all the various attractions inside our trampoline park, including the warrior course, dodgeball courts and climbing walls. There’s something for everyone.

The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we’re here to answer all your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.

When can I have access to my party room?

Please note private party room will not be available during jump time. You will gain access to your party room after your jump time is complete. We need this time to clean your room to ensure you have the best party experience possible.

If you would like to access your private party room during your jump time and have not added it to your party package, please call and ask your event coordinator 48 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee additional room time for requests any closer to the event date.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

For Sure. You can add 30 minutes of jump time for $10 per jumper .This must be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event.

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! Each level of Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 7 days priors to your booking date.
