Party Planning Reminders
Send Out Your Invitations
Create a custom digital invitation and download to send to your invitees! Be sure to include the check-in time for your Guests. Digital Invitations can be printed at home or saved as a PDF document to be shared with friends and family as an email attachment.
Complete Your Liability Waiver(s)
Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in. Remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian.
MAKE YOUR PARTY FOOD SELECTIONS
The confirmation email you receive after making your party booking, includes a link to make your party food selections (pizzas, drink, additional food options). Please follow this link and make your selections at least 72 hours in advance of your event.
Your Party Schedule
Confirmation Call
A representative from our Event Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, more food, and party favors for your guests!
Early Arrival
Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to jump time to check-in. When you arrive at Sky Zone, head to the Party Check-In desk to meet your party team!
Time to Jump!
You and your party guests get an all access pass to our state-of-the-art facility! All the attractions are included in the jump time, so no one misses out on the fun!
Party Room Time!
When jump time is over, your Party Host will lead the party to the room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake!

The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we’re here to answer all your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.
Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?
Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.
Can I add jumpers after I book the party?
Yes. You can generally add party jumpers up to the day of your event. Please call/email/text us to make changes to your party or speak with your event host.
What is your private party room policy?
Your party will move into your assigned party room after your party’s jump time ends. For example, if your party includes 60-minutes of jump time and 40 minutes of party room time, the party guests will first jump for 60 minutes, and will then move to the party room to celebrate.
Is the birthday child included in the count?
Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.
Party booking confirmation email
Please look out for the confirmation email we send to you after you book a party with us. This email contains three (3) important links:
- Link to our waiver, which is to be signed by all party guests
- Link to create your e-invites which will generate in PDF format for you to email/text your guests
- Link to make your pizza, drinks, and additional food items selections
How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?
All ages are welcome!
When should everyone arrive for the party?
All your guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.
What does the party host do?
A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.
Who needs waivers and how do we sign?
All jumpers need a signed waiver (under the age of 18 needs a parent or court-appointed legal guardian to fill the waiver out for them). Waivers are electronically done and can be completed online before your party by clicking here. Unfortunately we cannot accept paper waivers.
Can I add extra jump time?
You can add 30 minutes of jump time for $9.99 per jumper or 60 minutes of jump time for $14.99 per jumper to any of our party packages. You can add jump time to you party prior to, or even on the day of your event. Please speak with your party host about adding jump time to your party package.
Is there a birthday party discount for Members?
Yes! Each level of Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.
Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinators for almost all parties. The deposit is applied to your party’s total cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
You will receive a full refund of your deposit if you cancel more than 2 weeks before your party date. Cancellation within 2 weeks of the party date will incur a $75 charge.
What is your rescheduling policy?
There is no charge for rescheduling more than 2 weeks before a party. Rescheduling within 2 weeks of the original party date will incur a $75 charge. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the original party date will incur a $100 charge. Rescheduling charges may be waived for extenuating circumstances.
Do you accept American Express?
Apologies, but we do not accept American Express at this time.
Can I decorate my party room?
You certainly can. Speak with your Event Host to get access to your party room 15 minutes before your room time to set up your decorations. We only allow standalone decorations like balloons, table toppers, and items of that type – absolutely nothing to attach to walls. Confetti, silly strong, and similar items are not allowed.
Do I need to bring party supplies?
You do not need to bring supplies. Included in your party package are all party supplies (napkins, plates, cups, utensils, cake knife). You are welcome to bring themed supplies if you like, and your Event Host will help set them up for you. You just need to bring a cake or cupcakes (no ice-cream cakes please!)
Can I bring food/drinks from outside?
We do not allow any outside food/drinks, unless you have a party booked with us and have paid the ‘Outside Food Fee’ as part of your booking.
