Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you and your family!​
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes! Give us a call at (636)-364-4444 and we will be happy to upgrade you.
Is my membership transferable?
Memberships are only valid for the original guest and cannot be shared. Memberships are also only valid at the location you signed up at. We’d be happy to sign up your friends or family for their own membership so you can use the benefits together!
On what day of the month will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged each month on the original date you signed up. We cannot change billing dates.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year.
Is my membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
Can I downgrade my membership?
After you complete your minimum commitment, you can downgrade your membership. Feel free to contact us at the park!
Can I freeze my membership?
We know life happens and your schedule changes! At this time, if you cannot use your membership more than once per month, you can cancel your membership after completing the initial commitment and come back to re-sign up when your schedule permits!
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your Membership after completing your minimum commitment based on your agreement. Refer to your agreement or ask a team member for full details. Cancellation requests CANNOT be processed by phone and must be filled out at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle.
What is the minimum membership agreement term?
Our newest memberships have no monthly minimum requirement, but you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to your next billing cycle. If you signed up for a membership prior to March 2023, please reference your membership contract or speak to a team member for the minimum membership agreement terms.
Can I use Memberships for GLOW Zone, Little Leapers, or SkyCamp?
Memberships can only be used during Open Jump hours and cannot be used during special programs such as GLOW Zone, Little Leapers, or SkyCamp. However, Elite Memberships do include a 20% discount on GLOW Zone and Little Leapers.
