Dear Parents and Guardians,

Starting Monday, April 10th, we will implement a new entrance policy to our attraction platform. The purpose of this policy is to ensure the safety of all our guests and to meet the compliance guidelines of our attractions. We understand that many parents and guardians like to enter the platform area and sit down to watch their children. We kindly ask that all parents and guardians electing to enter the attraction platform area be checked in with their jumpers and purchase our socks if they don’t already have a pair. 

We understand that parents and guardians of smaller children like to enter the platform to monitor their children. To help with this transition, we are implementing a new policy for parents and guardians who are just observers and new pricing after 12 pm for parents or guardians who elect to jump with children under 4 years old.

Observer Parents and Guardians

All parents and guardians who want to enter the attraction platform but are not jumping must have a completed waiver, purchase our trampoline socks, and must wear an observer wristband provided upon admission. Observing parents are not charged for access. However, any parents and guardians seen jumping with observer wristbands will be asked to purchase jump tickets.

New Pricing for Parents and Guardians with jumpers under 4

Monday-Friday (excluding school breaks)

• 1-hour jump- One parent and one child under 4 years old will be admitted for $15
• Unlimited jump- One parent and one child under 4 years old will be admitted for $17
• Additional Parent and Child $12 each

Saturday-Sunday (including school breaks)

• Unlimited jump- One parent and one child under 4 years old will be admitted for $20
• Additional Parent and Child $12 each

Party Parents 

All party parents or guardians who want to enter the attraction platform and jump must be admitted as a jumper of the party package or pay separately for admission. 

Parents or guardians of children under 4 can be included as jumpers along with their child attending the party. Still, they must have waivers completed, checked in by the party host, and wear our branded trampoline socks to enter the attraction platform.

Members & Pass Holders

All parents or guardians of members or pass holders must complete a waiver and purchase a separate membership or pass to jump. If not jumping, parents and guardians must be checked in as observers to enter the attraction platform area.

*To ensure brand integrity and safety compliance, we will no longer trade in socks from competitors, and all socks worn on our attraction platform must have our brand.

*We reserve the right to forfeit the admission of any observer or jumper not compliant with our policy.
