We don’t just want you to have the best birthday party or event you’ve ever had, we also want it to be the easiest.
When you choose us as your party venue, we take care of all the setup and clean up, so you can focus on having a great time with your guests. Celebrate in your own private party room with food and refreshments.
You and your guests will have access to all the various attractions inside our trampoline park, including the air court, dodgeball court, climbing wall, and much more. There’s something for everyone.
The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we’re here to answer all your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.
Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.
Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.
Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.
All ages are welcome.
All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.
A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.
All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.
Absolutely! This can be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event, an additional hour of jump time is $12 per jumper.
Yes! Our Elite level of Membership has a $50 discount on birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.
You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 7 days priors to your booking date.
We do not allow the use of gift cards as a form of payment for events.

The offer shall only be valid for the guest that is celebrating their birthday party (the “guest of honor”) related
to the event. Offer, voucher and membership may not be transferred, licensed or assigned.
The 3-month membership shall begin immediately on the date of activation. The membership must be
activated no later than 12/31/2024, or it shall automatically become invalid.
Membership offer only valid for new members. Membership offer applicable for “VIP Deck” birthday party
package or the purchase of additional jump time for “Private Party” Package. Membership offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Membership offer is contingent upon all amounts owed under the birthday party package being paid in full,
and compliance with all rules and regulations of Sky Zone staff before, during and after the event.
Offer not redeemable for the cash value of the 3-month membership. Membership, once redeemed, may be
revoked anytime during the 90-day membership period in the reasonable discretion of Sky Zone in the event
that the member violates the terms and conditions.
SkySocks required to be purchased and worn by all event guests and any visits subject to the membership.
