We require contact information (name, phone number, email address, etc.) and information about the Guest of Honor (name, birthday, age, etc.) when booking a party, room rental, or group event. 

A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is non-refundable 24 hours after being paid. No exceptions. If you wish to change the date of your event, you can reschedule one time without loosing your deposit. 

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

All outside food, ice creams, cakes & drinks are prohibited unless they are consumed in one of our private rooms included in birthday party package or private room rentals. Additional fees may apply as indicated below.

Birthday party package : There are no outside food fees for birthday party packages if you are only bringing Cake, cupcakes, or cookies for your party to be consumed in the private room. You can bring other outside food and drinks including ice cream for an additional fee of $40. This fee is waived when booking an ultimate party package.

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

For Sure. This must be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event.

Yes! Each level of Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

No, dodgeball is not guaranteed. We separate dodgeball players by age and size. We are always willing to start up a dodgeball game if enough people of the same age / size range want to play!

As part of our party packages, we give a free Sky Zone birthday shirt and a complimentary jump pass for future visit. The jump passes do not include SkySocks, so make sure you keep your socks for your next visit

We provide a cart for each party, room rental, or group event. You can use the cart to hold your party supplies, cake, gifts, shoes, etc.

Yes, just let your Party Host know that you have goodie bags when you arrive.

Yes, we provide party plates, napkins, forks, spoon, cake knife etc. We do not provide decorations or table covers. If you would like any themed tableware or decorations, you are welcome to bring them. We do not allow confetti, silly string, piñatas, or loose glitter. Let your Party Host know if you have any decorations.

We provide a variety of Coke products. Party packages include bottle water. We also have variety of other beverages that can be added to the party such as ICEE, Juice/Tummie Yummie, Bottled Water, Bottled Soda.

Pizzas included in party packages are 14 inch cheese or pepperoni cut in to 8 slices.
