Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

All ages are welcome.

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Everyone needs to complete a waiver, even if they are not jumping. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

For Sure. If your party is during the week you can add 30 minutes of jump time for $10 per jumper or 60 minutes of jump time for $15 per jumper to any of our party packages. This must be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event.

Yes! Each level of Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Store Credit will be issued via Sky Zone Gift Card if the event is cancelled 8 days or earlier to booking date. Once it is within one week of the booking, any payments made towards the booking will be nonrefundable.
