What’s included in the Basic Membership?
The Basic Membership includes 90 minutes of jump time every day, plus discounts on special events and 15% off SkyCamp.
What are the perks of the Elite Membership?
The Elite Membership offers 120 minutes of daily jump time, discounts on Sky Socks, parties, programs, 20% off SkyCamp, and savings on special events.
Are memberships month-to-month?
Yes, both memberships are flexible and billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
Can I upgrade my Basic Membership to Elite?
Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time by visiting the front counter or contacting us.
Do I need a membership for my child to attend SkyCamp or programs?
No, but members receive exclusive discounts on SkyCamp and programs like Little Leapers, Parent’s Night Out & Glow Night.
Are Sky Socks included with membership?
Sky Socks are discounted for Elite Members, but not included in the Basic Membership.
How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up online or at the front counter during your next visit.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, memberships are flexible, and you can cancel at any time with no penalties.
