Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of Sky Socks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

All ages are welcome.

You and your guests will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Minors will need to have their waivers filled out by their parent/guardian. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

For. Sure. If your party is during the week you can add 30 minutes of jump time for $5 per jumper for an extra 30 minutes of jump time or $10 per jumper for an extra hour of jump time. The extra jump time will be after your party room time is over.  This must can be arranged the day of your party and is available as long as we have not reached capacity on the courts.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 7 days priors to your booking date.

No, another party will be celebrating in the room during your jump time. Once the room is  cleaned and sanitized, your party host will begin set up for your party. That is usually 15 minutes before your jump time ends.

No, per DHEC regulations we are not allowed to have outside food or drinks in the park.  The only exceptions are for cake/cupcakes or to accommodate a guest with food allergies.
