Why Should I Sign Up for a Membership? We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you and your family.

What Is a Parent Add-On Membership?A parent add-on Membership can be added to an the child’s Elite membership which allows a legal guardian to jump with their child at a greatly reduced rate. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent and is valid for jump time only.

Can I Cancel My Membership? Yes. You can cancel your Membership after completing the minimum commitment based on your agreement. Memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until you submit a written cancellation request. Requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date. Ask a team member for more info or submit a request through the Membership Cancellation Form

Is My Membership Transferable? Memberships are only valid for the original Guest and cannot be shared. We’d be happy to sign up your friends or family for their own Membership so you can use the benefits together!

Can I Upgrade My Membership at Any Time? Yes! We will be happy to upgrade your Membership so you can receive added benefits!

Are there black out dates for the Membership?
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times.
Can I cancel my Membership?
Memberships can be cancelled with a written request after the initial term of 2 months. Just give us a 72 hour heads up and we’ll process the cancellation. You’ll still have access to all the awesome membership benefits and perks until your cancellation date. See Membership Agreement for complete details.

How do I cancel my Membership?

Are Sky Socks required to jump?
Yes. We sell special Sky Socks in the park as both a safety and cleanliness measure. And you get to keep them after! Because who wants to put on used socks, anyways?  Sky Zone GLOW shirt is required during our GLOW jump session, Friday and Saturday.
Can I reuse my Sky Socks or GLOW Shirt?
Yes! Bring back your Sky Socks and GLOW shirt to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition; no holes and grips intact and of course it’s probably a good idea to wash them first, though.
Is there an age limit for admittance?
All ages (young and old) are welcome at Sky Zone. Because limits aren’t really our thing.
Can I leave a child unattended at a Sky Zone park?
Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between backflips or after soaring into the foam pit.
