Absolutely!  If you would like to add on additional jumpers or make changes to the type of party package you booked it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee upgrade availability. We encourage you to book for the larger package initially, and then let us know at least 3 days in advance of the party if you’d prefer to switch to the smaller package.

Yes, the guest of honor jumps for free! Although the number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wristbands you will receive. All guests of honors will have socks and wristbands included within their party package to have access to all available attractions.

Yes. We sell special SkySocks in the park as both a safety and cleanliness measure—plus, you get to keep them after your visit! Because who wants to jump in used socks, anyway?

All ages are welcome.

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

Party Hosts will do everything to make your party room time a seamless experience, including set-up, clean-up, serving food and drinks, leading the birthday song and making the party room time fun and interactive!

All jumpers and observers entering the attractions area MUST have a signed waiver on file. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Yes!  We encourage parties to add on additional jump time to enjoy our activities even more!  Just give our Events Team a call.  Additional jump time would be added to the back end of your party.   Party room time would need to be added on as an extension if requesting to keep the room after the initial jump time has completed.

Yes! Each level of Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

A minimum deposit of 50% is required to complete your booking. Your deposit will be applied towards your total party on the day of the event. Deposits for last-minute parties (within six days) are non-refundable. Deposits for all other parties are fully refundable within the first seven days of booking. Anything past seven days, starting on the 6th day, the deposits become no longer refundable, but they can be rescheduled up to a year in advance!

The offer shall only be valid for the guest that is celebrating their birthday party (the “guest of honor”) related to the event. Offer, voucher and membership may not be transferred, licensed or assigned.

The 3-month membership shall begin immediately on the date of activation. The membership must be activated no later than 12/31/2024, or it shall automatically become invalid.

applicable for “Mega VIP” birthday party package. Membership offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Membership offer is contingent upon all amounts owed under the birthday party package being paid in full, and compliance with all rules and regulations of Sky Zone staff before, during and after the event.

Offer not redeemable for the cash value of the 3-month membership.
Membership, once redeemed, may be revoked anytime during the 90-day membership period in the reasonable discretion of Sky Zone in the event that the member violates the terms and conditions.
