Make sure that you have completed a waiver for your child or children and remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian.

Pizzas Included at no additional cost:

  • 1 Large 1-topping pizzas for every 5 party children (i.e. 15 party children would result in 3 Large 1-topping pizzas)
  • All party pizzas are 8 slices each
  • Gluten Free pizza is available with advanced notice

Drinks Included at no additional cost:

  • 1 Large Pitchers (Pepsi choice selections) for every 5 party children (i.e. 15 party children would result in 3 Large Pepsi Pitchers)
  • Drink choices include Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Dr. Pepper, Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Raspberry Iced Tea

Your Party Schedule

Confirmation Email & Food Selection

Our Event Team will email within 3 business days of reserving your event to review final details.

Please look for an email coming from Event.Carlsbad@skyzone.com or you can call us (858) 400-4550.

This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, select the kind of pizza included with your party package, add more food for parents or additional guests if you would like to provide that, and add party favors for your kids!

Early Arrival (Day-of)

Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive between 0-30 minutes prior to the event start time. The address is 6133 Innovation Way Carlsbad, CA 92009.

This will allow everyone to check-in. When you arrive at Sky Zone, head to the Event Check-In desk to meet your party team who will go over your party details and get everyone checked in as they arrive.

You will have access to party cart(s) to load and store food, decorations, presents or any other party related items for the event.

Guests Arrivals

Guests will check-in at the Event Desk, receive SkySocks if needed, receive wristbands indicating they are with your event, and can place shoes and socks on the racks. If they need a waiver completed here is the link: Waiver

Lockers are also available in the lobby. Everyone can mingle in the lobby area while they wait for the jump time to start and all the guests to arrive.

Time to Jump!

When it’s time to jump, your Party Host will review safety reminders before releasing party Guests to the courts and attractions to play.

He/She will check-in with you periodically, and will let you know next steps before separating from the group to set-up the party room.

Party Room Time!
  • Please note: Daytime “Freestyle” parties will have 2 Hours of access to your Private Room during your jump time.
  • Please note: “GLOW” Nighttime Parties will have 90-Minutes of Private Room during your jump time (first 30 minutes is setup time)

When the first hour of jump time is over, your Party Host will announce on the overhead speaker system for your party guests to return the private room. Once gathered it is time to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake!

All presents and decorations if needed can be held at the event check-in desk or on a party cart until your room time has arrived.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

When do we get access to the private party room?

Each Birthday Package is a 2-Hour experience:

DAYTIME “FREESTYLE” EVENTS: Private Room access = 120 min (during jump time)
  • 2-Hour active playtime – all the kids, parents, and guests can enjoy all the park attraction areas. During the 120 minutes all presents, gifts, and food/drinks will be placed in your designated room. Your guests will be jumping and will have access to the private party room during the full 120-minutes jump time. At the 60-minute mark all kids, parents, and guests will be called over the PA loudspeakers into the private party room for food, drinks, cake, etc.

If the kids, parents, and guests finish in the private room before the 2nd hour is complete their wristbands are still active, and they can return to the park attraction area for active playtime. All wristbands for Birthday Packages include 120-minutes of active wristband time.

NIGHTTIME “GLOW” EVENTS: Private Room access = 90 min (during jump time)
  • 2-Hour active playtime – all the kids, parents, and guests can enjoy all the park attraction areas. During the first 30 minutes all presents, gifts, and food/drinks will be placed on your designated party cart(s) and held for you and your guests. Your guests will be jumping and can have access to the private party room at the 30-minute mark. At the 60-minute mark all kids, parents, and guests will be called over the PA loudspeakers into the private party room at the 60-minute mark for food, drinks, cake, etc.

If the kids, parents, and guests finish in the private room before the 2nd hour is complete their wristbands are still active, and they can return to the park attraction area for active playtime. All wristbands for Birthday Packages include 120-minutes of active wristband time.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Is the birthday child counted as one of the included jumpers in my package?

Yes, the birthday child will be one of the jumpers in your head count!

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Is every guest, even parents, required to fill out a waiver?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here: Waiver

Are the guests allowed to jump again after we finish our time in the party room?
Your party is over after your room time. Guests can purchase additional jump time after the room time on a first come, first serve basis with the cashiers.
An extra 30 minutes of activity time will be an additional cost. Additional jump time would be added to the back end of your party. Party room time would still be reserved for the same time-slot and the additional time would be added after.
Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! Each level of Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A minimum 10% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 7 days priors to your booking date.

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes, your deposit is refundable up to 7 days prior to your event date. If you cancel within the 7 day window, your deposit will then become non-refundable.

When do I pay the full balance of my party?

The final balance will be collected the day of your event at the conclusion of your room time.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

If you have an event booked in a private room (i.e. Birthday Party Package) our park does allow outside food or drinks in our facility as long as it is not food or drink that we make in our kitchen (i.e., Pizza). All food & drink on the Sky Zone menu must be purchased through Sky Zone with no exceptions. If it is not on our menu you are welcome to bring any food or drinks with no outside food fee.

  • If your outside food requires additional cleanup there may be a outside food fee of $35.
  • Pizza and drinks for all the kids in your party room are included in all party levels.

Talk with one of our Event Specialists at least 3 days prior to your event to add on more pizza/soft drinks for Adults.

Are supplies for the party room included?

We will provide all supplies needed for a party besides the celebration item (cake, ice cream, ice cream cake, etc). Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, cake knives, lighters.

Can I order extra Pizza once I arrive?
Due to kitchen volume and we cannot guarantee additional pizzas or food once you arrive, but we will do our best.
As soon as you decide to add additional Pizza let your Host know immediately.
How do I get invitations?

You can come by our park any time we are open to pick up hard copy invitations with envelopes or you can create your own digital invitation (see link above).

Can our party guests play Dodgeball?

Unless you reserve a Sky Zone Max Party Package or add a private court to a lower party package, Dodgeball will not be guaranteed for your participants. Availability will be based on private bookings, and age/size separation.

Are the video games included in the party package or an extra cost?

Included! All party guests with a valid jump sticker will be able to play unlimited video games for FREE during your party.

Do the party rooms have stroller/wheelchair access?

Yes, all 3 private party rooms have access for both strollers and wheelchairs.

Are SkySocks included in the price of the party package?

Yes, SkySocks are the required footwear for all jumpers and are included with the price of your party package.

Will we be able to open presents in the party room?

Our priority is making sure the pizza, soda, and dessert is served during your party room time. Most parties prefer to take their gifts home to open, but if opening the gifts during your room time is a priority that is perfectly ok. During the hour in the party room there is also a “gift list” sheet to write down each gift and who it came from.

I have Guests of varying size/age. Will they all jump together?

For the safety of all jumpers, age/size separation will be strictly enforced on our Freestyle Court and Dodgeball Courts.

Is it customary to leave a tip for the Party Host who takes care of us?

Gratuity is optional, but greatly appreciated as the Party Host staff does strive to exceed expectations. If they accomplish that with your event please consider a tip a welcomed blessing for our staff.

Can I bring my own decor?
Yes, as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes. If you want anything to hang on the walls we require that you use the pre-installed hooks already in the room (no tape or tacks allowed).
We do not allow confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
Do you offer Gluten Free pizza?

Yes. When submitting or calling in your food order please specify how many Gluten Free pizzas should be included in your order. All Gluten Free pizzas come as a Medium in size, serving 8 slices.

BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES

Cancellation

To receive a full refund on your deposit, your party must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the event date.

Downgrading

If you wish to downgrade your party package, you must call prior to 3 days prior to your event date so our team can make the needed adjustments.

You can remove Jumpers from the party with no penalties as long as the minimum of 10 paid jumpers is kept.

Upgrading to larger rooms

Since upgrading is not guaranteed, we encourage you to book for the larger package initially.

Upgrades will be granted on a first come- first serve basis per availability of the three party rooms as each provides a different capacity. Please call the Events team at 858-400-4550 to inquire about changing room availability.

Final Balance

The final balance of your party will be collected on the day of your event at the conclusion of the event.

All upgrades, additional jumpers, food items, ect. will be totaled at that time and the balance due prior to exiting the event. For your security purposes, if using a credit card to pay, you will be asking to present ID.

Dodgeball

Dodgeball is not guaranteed for all parties. Size separation is still enforced on private Dodgeball courts.

Age/Size Separation

Jumpers of different age/size groups will be asked to jump in different areas or sections of the court. On dodgeball, if jumpers are in two different size groups, games will be rotated.

We cannot guarantee that all Guests in your party will be able to play dodgeball at the same time.

Extra Jumpers

At check-in your party host will add any extra jumpers (with your express permission) to the event total.

It is normal for more than anticipated jumpers so we will adjust the totals up or down as needed based on the arrivals. We are not guaranteed to have the capacity to add on extra jumpers to your party. If you need to reserve for any additional jumpers, we must be notified at least 3 days prior to your event.

Each additional guest participating on the attractions will be an additional cost.

Additional Pizza

Pizza for all party kids is included in all packages, but additional pizzas will need to be added for any adults you would like to provide food for.

Due to all food requiring advanced planning on our behalf, additional pizzas or food need to be added on 3 days prior to your event date to guarantee they will be available at your room time.

Parents and Spectators

We encourage all ages to join the fun! If you would just like to watch you will have free admission to the platforms and viewing areas.

Parents who choose to watch their younger children on the courts and attractions are only permitted to stand on the platforms and must have a completed waiver on file.

Late Arrivals

Should you or your guests arrive late, we will not be able to grant additional jump time or party room time as the events are booked in specific succession to each other.

Early Arrivals

Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (30 minutes prior to jump time), early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to the scheduling of prior parties.

Casts

Jumpers with casts, splints, or sharp/hard objects will not be allowed to enter the playing field for the safety of all jumpers. Management will reserve the right to evaluate wraps to ensure both jumper and guest safety.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your party by calling our Event Team at no cost. After a party is rescheduled the deposit is no longer refundable.

  • Sky 1 Event Room: Seats up to 20 Jumpers at the tables + space for 10 non-Jumpers (does not guarantee seating).
  • Sky 2 Event Room: Seats up to 24 Jumpers at the tables + space for 10 non-Jumpers (does not guarantee seating).
  • Sky 3 Event Room: Seats up to 24 Jumpers at the tables + space for 15 non-Jumpers (does not guarantee seating).
  • Sky 4 Event Room: Seats up to 32 Jumpers at the tables + space for 15 non-Jumpers (does not guarantee seating).

2nd Floor

  • Sky 5 Event Room: Seats up to 50 Jumpers at the tables + space for 25 non-Jumpers (does not guarantee seating).
  • Sky 6 Event Room: Seats up to 32 Jumpers at the tables + space for 15 non-Jumpers (does not guarantee seating).
