Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you and your family!
What is a parent add-on Membership?
A 2nd parent add-on pass for $9.99 is an option with an Elite+ Membership. One Parent is FREE with an VIP Elite+ Membership. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times. Passes subject to capacity and availability at peak times and private events.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your Membership after completing your minimum 3 month commitment based on your agreement. Refer to your agreement for full details. Cancellation requests CANNOT be processed by phone. You can cancel by emailing moncton@skyzone.com with the name of the member, and the date you wish to cancel on.
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
