Our Memberships are now selling in store!
Terms & Conditions apply. Membership auto-renews monthly. Recurring Monthly Payment. No enrollment fee. Limited to one jump per day. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Special events and promotions excluded from programs. Programs does not include Sky Camp, Little Leapers or Lock-ins. Ask Team Member for full details. Cancellation must be emailed to membership.kitchener@skyzone.com within five (5) business days of the membership auto-renew date. Electronic agreement is required and available in-park at the time of sign up. Sky Socks are mandatory for jumping and are not included with the membership. Waivers are required for everyone to jump. Only Elite+ Members and elite memberships purchased after May 18th, 2023 able to come to GLOW for 60 Minutes. Fuel Zone discounts can only be used once a day. Only accepted at Kitchener location (150 Gateway Park, Drive). Membership ID photo is required (taken during first visit). Cannot come for a GLOW JUMP and Open Jump on the same day. Memberships cannot be used during march break, Christmas break and Stat Holidays. Offer subject to change.

Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone at a great value to you and you even get some special discounts!​
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
Memberships cannot be used on Statutory Holidays and PA/PD Days. See park hours for our Open Jump times.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your Membership anytime at least 5 days before the next recurring payment. Refer to your agreement or ask a Team Member for full details. Cancellation requests CANNOT be processed by phone.
Can I send an email anytime to cancel ?
Cancellation must be emailed to membership.kitchener@skyzone.com within five (5) business days of the membership auto-renew date.
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
