Party Upgrades/Downgrades:Â We will do our best to accommodate party add on’s on the same day of your event. However, due to scheduling, inventory, & capacity reasons we ask that you give us a 72 hour notice if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your party package and/or add on extras like food, party favors & jumpers. We will not issue refunds if you have less jumpers show up than what your package includes.
Deposit & Refund:Â You are required to put down a deposit at the time of event booking. That deposit is fully refundable until up to 7 days prior to your party. If you wish to cancel your party within 7 days of the event, we will put your deposit on a Sky Zone Gift Card and no refund will be allowed. We can also reschedule your event to a different date/time. If you need to cancel your event, you will not be permitted to re-book your event for up to 7 days from your cancellation date.Â
