Party Planning Reminders
Send Out Your Invitations!
Create a custom digital invitation and download it to send to your invitees! Be sure to include the check-in time for your party guests. Digital invitations can be printed at home or saved as a PDF document to be shared with friends and family as an email attachment.​
Complete Your Liability Waiver(s)!
Make sure that our liability waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in. This is a gentle reminder that Sky Zone requires all jumpers and all observers, our non-jumpers, to have a liability waiver on file to enjoy the park! Any minors must have their waivers filled out by a parent or legal guardian.
Your Party Schedule
Confirmation Call!
Our Event Coordinator will give you a call the week of your party to confirm all details and explain them in a thorough manner to ensure that your party is a success. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, jump time, additional food, submit any special requests, or ask any questions regarding your party booking.
Early Arrival!
Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other party guests should arrive 20 minutes prior to jump time to check-in. When you arrive at the park, head to the Party Check-In area to meet your party host! Your Check-in Time is the time your booking is scheduled for up until 20 minutes after.
Time to Jump!
You and your party guests get an all-access pass to our state-of-the-art facility! All of the park’s attractions are included in the jump time, so nothing will be off-limits for the jumpers!
Party Room Time!
When jump time is over, your Party Host will call the party guests to the party room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks, and desserts for the party and assist with any additional set up needed as well.
Policies
Cancellation
We get it, life happens! Don’t Stress. Party deposits are refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. Plus we offer flexible cancellation and reschedule policies. We just want to see you in the park for your next big event!
Changes to Party Packages
If you want to make changes to the type of party package you booked it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee upgrade availability. We encourage you to book for the larger package initially, and then let us know at least 2 days in advance of the party if you’d prefer to switch to the smaller package.
Final Balance
The final balance of your party will be collected on the day of your event at the park.Â
Additional Jumpers
We cannot guarantee we will have the capacity to add on extra jumpers on the day of your party. If you need to reserve for any additional jumpers we must be notified at least 48 hours in advance of your event.
Additional Food
Due to kitchen volume, additional pizzas need to be added on 2 days prior to your event date to guarantee they will be available at your room time.
Outside Food/Drinks
We do not allow outside food or drink. The only exception would be a cake or other dessert item. Any outside food or beverages that are brought into the park besides birthday cake, cupcakes, other dessert items, or small goodie bags, will be subject to a $50.00 outside food fee.
Parents & Spectators
We encourage all ages to join the fun! If you would just like to watch, you will have free admission to the platforms and viewing areas. Parents who choose to watch their younger children on the courts and attractions are only permitted to stand on the pads while wearing our mandatory SkySocks and MUST have a completed waiver on file. You will be given a PADS ONLY/PARENT NO JUMP pass from a team member during your check-in.
Late Arrivals
Should you or your guests arrive late, we will not be able to grant additional jump time or party room time unless this is paid for.
Early Arrivals
Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (20 minutes prior to jump time), early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to the scheduling of prior parties. Please be mindful and respectful of this policy.
Casts
Jumpers with casts, splints, or sharp/hard objects will not be allowed to enter the playing field for the safety of all jumpers.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your party by calling our Event Team. We offer flexible cancellation and reschedule policies. We just want to see you in the park for your next big event!​

Is my deposit refundable?
We get it, life happens! Don’t stress. Party deposits are refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. Plus, we offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling policies. We just want to see you in the park for your next big event!
When do I have to pay the final balance for my party?
The final balance will be collected on the day of your event when checking out for your party. This will give us the opportunity to adjust your balance for any add-ons the day of and to leave a gratuity for your hard-working party host if you wish!
Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
We do not allow any outside food or beverages since we do provide these items in the park from our Fuel Zone or with certain party packages. The only exceptions would be birthday cakes, cupcakes, ice cream, and small goodie bags.
Are supplies for the party room provided?
We will provide all the supplies needed for the party upon guest request, besides the dessert! Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, tablecloths, utensils, cake knives, and lighters.
Can I bring my own goodie bags?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags. Our party hosts can even help set them up for you in your party room!​
Is every guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
All jumpers and all observers even if they are NOT jumping are required to have a liability waiver on file to be in the park. Everyone who comes into the park regardless if they are jumping or not and regardless of their age and physical status must have a valid liability waiver on file to enjoy our facility.
Can I order extra pizza or other food once I arrive?
Absolutely! However, it is best to communicate this with your party host upon arrival at check-in or before the designated party room time starts where food and unlimited drinks will be served. Doing so will ensure all food items gets brought to the party room on time!
Are party guests allowed to jump again after we finish our time in the party room?
Your party is officially over after your room time. Guests can purchase additional jump time during the room time over the phone with our Event Coordinator during confirmation calls or with your party host the day of your party as long as we have not reached maximum booking capacity.
Are SkySocks included in the price of the party package?
Yes, Sky Socks are the required footwear for all jumpers and are included with the price of your party package.
Will we be able to open presents in the party room?
Yes. Presents can be opened in the party room during your scheduled party room time.
Is it customary to leave a tip for our party host?
Gratuities are optional, but greatly appreciated by your hard-working party hosts!
Can I bring my own decor?
Yes, absolutely! If you want anything to hang on the walls, we require that you bring wall putty (no tape or tacks allowed). We also do not allow confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
