What type of prior experience do I need to have?
A high business acumen and experience or previous business ownership are valuable, including financial analysis, operations, customer service, and management. We don’t expect you to have experience in our industry, just a commitment to providing Active Fun to the community! Our team will provide the tools, training, and support you need to run your Sky Zone business.
Is financing available?
No, we do not offer direct financing to franchisees. We are able to provide references to qualified financing or lending agencies that have been of assistance to current Sky Zone franchisees.
What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term of your Sky Zone franchise agreement is ten years, with a subsequent renewal option of ten years.
Are there ongoing fees paid to the franchisor?
Franchisees pay royalties equal to 6% of gross sales. We intend to use some of these fees to fund ongoing support services and the continued development of new products, procedures, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades.
What will I receive as part of the Sky Zone franchise system?
You and your key managers will receive both classroom and on-the-job training in Los Angeles for approximately one week. You will also receive three days of on-site training at your own location around the time of your opening. A Franchise Performance Coach is assigned to your location to provide ongoing support and training. You will have access to the Sky Zone trademarks, approved suppliers, the Confidential Operations Manual, and our exclusive equipment and operational tools.
How much will the Sky Zone franchise investment cost me?

Are there any advertising fees?
Franchisees will be required to spend a minimum, $15,000 to $20,000 (depending on size of your Center and its location) for grand opening advertising and sales promotion for your Center. After this initial period the franchisee must spend equal to 5% of gross sales per quarter. Funds are used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Sky Zone brand and fund the creative costs to develop local franchise marketing materials. Franchisees also contribute 1% of gross sales revenues to a system wide marketing fund that is managed by the Franchise Advisory Council and Sky Zone corporate.
